Shipping & Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within a few business days. During launches, restocks, or event weekends, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking email with all shipment details.

My package says delivered but I can’t find it.

Please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us at teamstore@liqui-moly.com so we can assist with a shipping claim.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Unfortunately, once orders are placed, they cannot always be combined due to fulfillment processing.

Canada Orders – Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges determined by Canadian customs and the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Please note that customs policies and import fees vary depending on the order value and the province the package is being delivered to. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or control these charges.

If duties or taxes are refused upon delivery, the package may be returned to us and return shipping or customs charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that if an order is refused and returned to us, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, a refund will only be issued for the returned merchandise.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, unused items in original condition may be returned within a specified timeframe.

Can I exchange sizes?

If inventory is available, we’ll do our best to help with size exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Apparel & Sizing

How do your shirts fit?

Most of our apparel has a regular fit. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Are the shirts unisex?

Most styles are designed as unisex unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Will sold out items restock?

Some items restock regularly, while limited drops and event-exclusive products may not return.

Events & Exclusive Drops

Are event-exclusive items available online?

Some event items may later appear online, but many are limited to in-person events while supplies last.

Are your products officially licensed?

Yes, all items sold through the LIQUI MOLY Team Store are official merchandise.

Do colors look exactly the same in person?

Actual product colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

Why does my apparel have slight print variations?

Due to the printing process, slight variations can occur and make every piece unique.

Can I shop through the Shop App?

Yes! Our store is available on the Shop App where you can follow us for restock alerts, order tracking, and new product notifications.
