Thank you for shopping with the LIQUI MOLY Team Store. Below you will find important information regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after the order has been placed. During sales events, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with updated delivery information.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

International Orders / Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges determined by Canadian customs and the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Customs policies and import fees vary depending on the order value and province. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or control these charges.

Please note that if an order is refused and returned to us, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, a refund will only be issued for the returned merchandise.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier. While we will gladly assist where possible, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, refused customs charges, or incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping fees or deductions from the refund amount.
